  6. 1) Miranda warning (case law) allows people to be questioned if they get arrested and grants the right to remain silent.
    2) Traffic laws (administrative) suggest that motorists are to obey street signs and be aware of other motorists.
    3) The right to bear arms (Constitution) grants citizens the ability to possess firearms for self-defense purposes only.
    4) The right to stand your ground (statutory) proves the fact that one has felt threatened.
    5) Stealing a car a.k.a. grand theft auto, falls under the criminal law.
